Delivery Policy for Craft Bent Solutions Ltd

As a provider of digital and strategic services, “delivery” refers to the completion of milestones and the transfer of digital assets:

  • Milestones: Delivery is executed in phases as outlined in your specific Project Timeline/Roadmap.
  • Timeline: While we aim for prompt delivery, completion dates are estimates. Craft Bent Solutions Ltd is not liable for delays caused by late client feedback or third-party software outages (e.g., HubSpot, Zapier).
  • Final Handover: Digital assets, automation workflows, or analytical reports are considered “delivered” once the client is granted administrative access or receives the final documentation via email/portal.

Timeframe for Consulting Services Delivery

A typical project can last between 1 to 6 months. The timeframe is conveyed to the client before the start of the project, and any delays are also conveyed before the due date.

Service Delivery Methods

Services are delivered by software access, online meetings, reports, and documents.

Geographical Limitations and Requirements

There are no geographical requirements. The delivery items are discussed and specified in the proposal sent to the client beforehand.

Refund Policy for Craft Bent Solutions

Because Craft Bent Solutions Ltd provides customized professional services and intellectual labor, our refund policy is as follows:

  • Consultation & Strategy: Fees for strategy sessions and discovery audits are non-refundable once the session has been held.
  • Project Deposits: Deposits are generally non-refundable as they secure your spot in our production pipeline.
  • Service Dissatisfaction: If you are unsatisfied with the quality of a deliverable, Craft Bent Solutions Ltd commits to a “Remedy Period” where we will make reasonable adjustments to meet the original scope of work.
  • No Refunds for Completed Work: Once a milestone is approved and delivered, no refunds will be issued.

Eligibility for Refund

A one-time project cannot be cancelled until mutual agreement is reached. The client must convey their concerns before the start of the next milestone, so that no work should be started for that milestone. For support services, the client must give one month’s notice before the cancellation of support services.

Non-Refundable Fees or Services

Any services completed or paid for are non-refundable.

Refund Processing Timeframe

Refunds will be processed within 1.5 months.

Cancellation Policy for Craft Bent Solutions Ltd

We value our clients’ flexibility, but we also allocate significant resources to every project.

Conditions for Cancellation

Clients can cancel support services if they no longer require them. For one-time projects, clients can cancel if they are dissatisfied with the service for previous milestones, provided they give a reason defining their dissatisfaction.

Notice Period for Cancellations

Yes, for support services, a one-month notice is required. For one-time projects, notice must be given before the start of the next milestone. Any milestone in progress will be billed as conveyed via email or proposal.

Cancellation Fees or Penalties

Subscription Services: For recurring monthly retainers, cancellations must be made 30 days prior to the next billing cycle to avoid the subsequent month’s charges.

Treatment of Completed Work and Payments

Any work completed will be provided to the client, and the client must pay for that work.

Policy for Requesting a Craft Bent Solutions Ltd Service

To ensure we provide the highest level of strategic value, all service requests must follow our formal intake process:

  • Initial Consultation: Clients must book an initial discovery call via our website or HubSpot link to determine project fit.
  • The Proposal: Following the discovery call, CBS will issue a formal proposal. This document will outline the specific scope of work, timelines, and the quotation (typically ranging from $1,000 to $20,000).
  • Acceptance: A service request is only considered “active” once the proposal is signed and the initial deposit (as specified in the contract) is received.

After the request, the Craft Bent Solutions Ltd team will reach out to the client and start a conversation to better understand their needs and present them with a proposal. The service will not start until the formal proposal is accepted by the client.
